![]() ![]() It's my general experience that non-player Sims just age a lot faster than all other Sims - especially those in "destinations". It's blowing out candles on a cake that does it, and then only for the Sim doing the candle blowing-out, no one else. I don't recall any issues with a birthday party forcing aging. Would that work? And also which mod would you guys recommend? I am thinking about looking into a Story Progression Mod in order to help see if it fixes that kind of problem. ![]() So I am confused why these people have aged up so fast!! Is this because of the default Story Progression from EA? Yes I have tampered with the aging bars, but have only made each age last LONGER than the default. They went from Child to Young Adult in a matter of 4 Sim Days!!! How is this possible? I invite all of their now Teen friends, and when they arrive at the party most of them had somehow aged up AGAIN into young adults. So then my oldest kids age up into Teens, and I decide to throw a birthday party. ![]() I was a little confused at first, but it didn't phase me because my own children were about to become Teens as well. However I threw a slumber party for all their elementry friends, and in between the time that I scheduled the party and the first guests arriving, about half of the friends had aged up into Teens. The older children become the Child age and begin school (My children's first day of school is probably around 30 to 40 Sim Days after my original sim moved in). So I have created a Sim, had them marry a townie, then they had 4 children together. ![]()
